Dosa Chutney Red Ingredients:

  • Oil- 2 tbsp
  • Chana dal- 2 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves- 4
  • Ginger- 1 inch
  • Onion- 1 (finely chopped)
  • Kashmiri red chilli (dried)- 4
  • Turmeric- 1/4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  • The making of dosa chutney red is very simple. It doesn’t require much of your time and less
    effort. All you have to do is, first take a pan and add oil in it.
  • Then, add chana dal in the pan and let it saute till the time it becomes golden brown.
  • Later, add garlic, ginger and onion. Cook it well till the onion turns translucent.
  • Next, add whole dried red chilli, turmeric, and salt to taste. Saute it well until the chillies turn/look crispy.
  • Then let the mixture for dosa chutney red cool for sometime.
  • Add the mixture into the blender and blend it into a smooth paste by adding water as
    required.
