How to enjoy
In a pressure cooker, cook 100g Toor Dal with 55g drumsticks for one whistle, and keep it aside. Splutter mustard seeds in oil, and add onions, green chillies, and curry leaves. Saute for 2-3 mins. Once you add brinjal to the mix, saute for a couple of minutes before adding 1 tablespoon of sambar powder, tomatoes, tamarind juice, salt. After sauteing for a minute, you can add the cooked dal and drumsticks to it. Add the required amount of water and cook, and don’t forget to garnish with chopped coriander leaves and ghee. Once ready, enjoy with idlies, dosas, rice and more!

How to enjoy
Fry 150g baby potatoes till golden brown, then toss them in a mix of spluttered mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chillies.
