- To make this dish, you need to first heat a pan, and put 2 tbsp oil in the pan. If it is a
non-stick pan the dish will cook better as the sauce and idli won’t stick to the bottom.
- When the oil gets hot, put all the bite-sized idli cubes in the oil and cook it.

them aside.
- Take another pan and heat it. Put the 1 tbsp oil that is left with you. Once the oil starts
to heat, add green chilly, ginger, and garlic to sauté them for a min.

- Now add the chopped capsicums in the pan and sauté it for 1 min at medium flame.
