- Mix all ingredients except coconut or olive oil in a bowl, and make sure that the batter is even and poured consistently.
- Allow the batter to rest for a minimum of 10-15 minutes.
- Add warm water if the batter is too thick.
- Sprinkle some water over a non-stick pan.
- Grease the pan with coconut or olive oil.
- Pour a generous amount of batter and spread evenly in a circular shape.
- Drizzle some oil and allow to cook on low-medium flame until it turns golden brown and the sides begin to lift a bit from the pan.
- Flip the dosa and roast the other side for 20 seconds.
- Fold over and serve hot with the keto coconut chutney or flax seed chutney.
